For the last 2 weeks my garage door made a terrible grinding noise as soon as the door was about 3-4 inches off the ground. Tim immediately explained to me the most likely problem was and told me he would look to see if that was the case before we did anything else. Sure enough it was that piece that rides the track and pulls the door off the ground. He had the piece right in his truck and took him 15-20 minutes to get it off and put it back on. When I asked him about a remote control for the door, which I didn't own, he looked at everything and again...pulled it right out of the truck, programmed it, and good to go! Tim was respectful, informative, and provided helpful suggestions but never trying to up-sell anything. The fact that I called him early on a Saturday and he was here within 2 hours, which was the time he promised, that was fantastic! This is the 2nd time I use Able Garage Door Service to help get my garage door back on track. I've been impressed both times! I would highly, highly recommend him.

They installed a keyless entry in my garage, and they also replaced the spring on the garage door.

He was very responsive to coming, and it was a great experience. He was very good, and I would use him again. I would definitely recommend him to others. He was very accommodating to my needs

This provider was very good. He performed the repair just as I answered above. He responded quickly to the first call, Worked quickly, charged a competitive price and was pleasant to deal with. The charges included parts and labor.

Repaired misaligned door by shimming the rails. Also lubed the rollers. I think the clutch on the reverse mechanism was adjusted.

The service was scheduled within 2 days of calling. The owner came out and inspected and gave an estimate. I even inquired about extras which he said were unnecessary. I appreciate when a provider goes out of the way not to sell anything extra. Anyway the door worked much smoother and even quieter

I called Able Garage Door Service to help me with a problem with my garage door opener. One call had me in touch with the owner. He asked all pertinent questions regarding the make of the opener and what the function problem was. I made the appointment for a day after our conversation. The company consists of one person so the man on the phone will be the man in your garage. He was on time for our appointment, diagnosed the problem in minutes, had the correct part in the truck, and charged me exactly what he had estimated. Not only did he repair the opener but also gave a quick service to the garage door itself as part of the service.
