Tim is excellent. He offered to help me fix it over the phone. However with the issues that I had been having with the door, I felt a service call was needed. He was able to fix the problem quickly. His fee was very reasonable.

Great service! The service tech (Tim) was quick to respond, very knowledgeable, and punctual. I didn’t get “the run-around” about prices and he actually extended the life of my door with just a few adjustments and only two replacement parts. I’d call him again and highly recommend him to all of my friends.
Well not having much experience or the time to try to fix my door, I did a web search and found Able. Tim came out and was very professional timely and works efficiently. Best of all he fixed the door, explained to me some pointers to keep it running and is very reasonable. Able Garage is my company for my door–Excellent, very happy customer!!
I read the two other reviews yesterday and called Able Garage Door this morning on their good advice. When I told Tim I had one roller broken on my door, he tried to tell me how to fix it myself to save the price of the service call. But having no experience with this kind of repair I asked him to come fix it anyway. He arrived in just 45 minutes from the other side of town. He fixed the door and oiled everything on it. It runs smooth as silk now. Tim was very polite and professional and I highly recommend him.
